BOSSA Time-Lapse  post occupancy evaluation (POE)

BOSSA Time Lapse POE is a web-based survey tool to assess occupants' satisfaction with the IEQ performance of their office building. BOSSA Time Lapse POE has been developed with an integrated, flexible branching structure. The survey should take less than six minutes to be completed by building occupants. 

Core questionnaire items ask building occupants to rate their overall satisfaction on base building and tenancy related IEQ aspects, including: 

• Building design and work area layout and fit-out;
• Lighting (daylighting and artificial lighting);
• Acoustics;
• Air quality and air movement;
• Thermal comfort;
• Building maintenance;
• Occupants perceived productivity; and,
• Occupants overall satisfaction with building and work area.

Our SATISFACTION scale

Occupants are asked to rate their overall satisfaction on a 7-point scale ranging from positive to negative (satisfied – dissatisfied, agree – disagree, etc). Our satisfaction graph also expresses the mean vote (represented by an grey arrow) and total % of dissatisfied votes as a result of building occupants answers to a particular question. 

OUR BOSSA REPORT

Our BOSSA Time-Lapse POE report is designed to capture the satisfaction scores from buildings occupants on the main IEQ core items. The report focuses on base building and tenancy scores. Results from our BOSSA Time-Lapse POE can be used by building owners, tenants and designers for building diagnostics and/or IEQ ratings.
